Residences at Sharon Towers
Over the years, Sharon Towers has continued to be responsive to retirees’ wishes for larger and more varied accommodations and additional amenities. We currently offer several different apartment floor plans, ranging from a studio apartment to a large two-bedroom terrace apartment with den. Our cottage floor plans also vary.

The apartments in our towers buildings range from approximately 300 to 825 square feet, while the terrace apartments are larger, ranging from 1200 to 1800 square feet. Cottages, covering an even broader range, may start at about 1000 square feet, but with our cottage renewal program now underway, new floor plans will range from 1400 to 2200 square feet, in addition to single and double garages.

Residents are encouraged to give individual expression to their living spaces through their selection of wallpaper and paint colors, as well as other decorating touches.
